All stall holders are required to:
1. Use only biodegradable or compostable?? serving items and environmentally friendly detergents. (If you need help with this, please contact us)
2. Separate waste in the categories of: compost, recycling, paper/cardboard, soft plastics and general waste.
3. Leave their site completely clean, including micro rubbish.
4. Be an environmentally friendly role model.
Stallholders are encouraged to participate in the Wash Against Waste program by offering washable cutlery and crockery (provided by the festival) when serving.
Food Stall fees can vary depending on the power requirements, size of the stall, additional staff numbers, etc...
The fee includes access to 10 and 15 amp power outlets, water, grey water disposal and 4 staff tickets.
Four (4) staff tickets are included in the stall fee. If additional staff are required, up to 6 additional staff tickets can be purchased for $ each.
Please list whether you will require extra staff tickets in the application. The Market Manager will also follow up regarding this if your application is successful.
If extra staff tickets are not pre-purchased, you will be required to pay the gate price for each additional staff member.
Stallholders are permitted to access the festival site from Wednesday between the hours of 9AM and 7PM or Friday between 6AM and 10AM.
All Market Stalls MUST be arrived and set up before 12PM on Friday.
Keep in mind that the site is open to Early Access Pass holders from Thursday which may bring in business.
Please note that all stallholders are required to adhere to the minimum hours stipulated in the Stallholder Agreement (to be sent upon news of successful application).
Please note in the application if you are able to be open 24 hours.
Please note that food stalls with a vegan menu will be given preference.
