All stall holders are required to:
1. Behave as an environmental role model.
2. Separate waste in the categories of: compost, recycling, paper/cardboard, soft plastics and general waste.
3. Leave their site completely clean, including micro rubbish.
Market Stall fees can vary depending on the power requirements, size of the stall, additional staff numbers, etc...
The fee includes 1 x 15 amp power outlet, access to water and 2 staff tickets. Additional power can be purchased for an extra cost.
Two (2) staff tickets are included in the stall fee. If additional staff are required, up to 4 additional staff tickets can be purchased for $ each. Please list whether you will require extra staff tickets in the application. The Market Manager will also follow up regarding this if your application is successful.
If extra staff tickets are not pre-purchased, you will be required to pay the gate price for each additional staff member.
Stallholders are permitted to access the festival site from Wednesday between the hours of 9AM and 7PM or Friday between 6AM and 10AM.
All Market Stalls MUST be arrived and set up before 12PM on Friday.
Please note that all stallholders are required to adhere to the minimum hours stipulated in the Stallholder Agreement (to be sent upon news of successful application).
